Patrick is originally from Dallas. He has a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts degree from Baylor University in 2000 and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Mr. McShan worked for Daniel Sheehan & Associates, assisting in research, writing and other matters. He joined the firm as a full-time associate in August 2004. Patrick is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is also admitted pro hac vice to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
