John M. Phalen Jr.
John Phalen has practiced law in Dallas since 1978. He has widespread experience in many areas of civil law. In recent years, along with Dan Sheehan, he has tried several cases to verdict, including a $12 million plaintiff's verdict and a defense verdict where the plaintiff sought $29 million in damages.
